What to do when you lose your passport?
Passport is your national identity and acts as photo card if you don't have one. There are many steps you need to follow if you lose your passport. I am taking about Internationals holding Nepalese passport. 1. Inform the police as soon as possible and make the police report. 2. If you have lost it in some particular areas like trains, buses then inform the particular person present in the spot and later on visit the lost and found property office. After some days if you didn't find your passport then you need to make one new one. For this you need visit the Nepalese embassy located in Canberra or mail your documents. Documents you need: 1. Two copies of duly filled-in Passport Application Form (computer typed) 2. Four identical most recent passport size photographs (35 mm x 45 mm) with white background . 3. Current original Nepalese citizenship certificate 4. One photocopy of passport bio-page 5. Color copy of the Nepalese citizenship certificate 6. Copy of current va
